    We are seeking a focusedand results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our Asphalt division to cover the North West region.

    It isn't essential for you to have experience within the same industry, but we are looking for someone who can demonstrate increasing sales through effective business development and excellent customer care.

    You will identify and build knowledge of existing accounts with potential business opportunities within the Asphalt business.
    You will develop and nurture business relationships with accounts, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy and targets.
    You are confident expanding and strengthening relationships with both new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
    You can communicate effectively with credit control to manage credit limits for customers, minimising risk to the business.
    You will confidently agree and achieve margin and volume sales targets set for the territory.

    You will ensure the timely collection of all outstanding payments within agreed terms and conditions and resolve any queries to prevent payment retention.

    You will develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with Sales Managers and maintain up-to-date account development plans.

    You will monitor and manage market share performance in line with agreed expectations and analyse both won and lost work to inform future sales strategies.

    You will manage systems and processes to support the achievement of commercial targets.
