Macildowie are working with an established luxury retailer based in Northamptonshire who are looking to recruit an experienced Digital Marketing Manager.

You will be responsible for driving quality end-user (consumer) traffic to the website and digital properties,improving desired actions, conversions and achieving budget aspirations.

Building first party data of our end-users. Increasing retention, brand loyalty, ecosystem usage, repeat purchases and accessories/consumables to existing customer base.

The role reports directly into the Head of Marketing and offers excellent benefits and hybrid working.


About the role:


  • Improve quality and traffic acquisition to our digital platforms
  • Create, develop, implement, execute and report on the UK ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance and meet budget targets
  • Develop strategies to achieve market share, revenue and margin objectives and overall Business Unit objectives, and optimising the effectiveness of conversion marketing investment
  • Develop and execute initiatives to increase retention, brand loyalty, repeat purchases and accessories/consumables
  • Develop ecommerce strategies to generate sales via the UK website, including analysing various data in order to deliver data driven strategies, performance and KPIs
  • Manage all online and digital activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, testing and reporting
  • Develop and execute initiatives to increase consumer first party data, working across BUs and with global teams
  • Develop the website to support UK strategy as required e.g. store locator, EC appointment bookings etc
  • Understanding, defining, improving, optimising and tracking all visitor journeys on our digital platforms
  • Writing design briefs for global marketing team. Ensuring creative, assets, content, materials, stands etc arrive by deadlines
  • 4 years+ digital marketing experience
  • Commercially driven, and able to track and report on ROI and digital performance
  • Skilled at using Google Analytics
  • Experience in ecommerce essential
  • Experience in SEM and digital advertising
