    We are looking for a Port and Marine Team Lead with extensive experience in design project delivery and line management to lead our growing team Ports and Marine engineering delivery team. You'll be responsible for line management of the team, providing your expertise to projects and developing client and stakeholder relationships. You will also work closely with our international colleagues.

    On a day-to-day basis, you'll be responsible for:

    • Leadership of our UK Ports and Marine team, including coastal, marine structures and scour specialist disciplines, thereby developing a cohesive delivery team
    • Operational line management of our London based Ports and Marine team
    • Providing specialist advise to our clients and UK and international colleagues
    • Contributing to business development, bid writing and client engagement activities in corporation with our Market Director and bid team
    • Contributing to project leadership and delivery alongside our technical leaders and portfolio managers
    • Working with the UK and international leadership team to support the growth of our delivery team through recruitment across our Ports and Marine disciplines
    • Working with the leadership team to develop our position in the UK market and support our international teams where required.

    Furthermore, you'll:

    • Be a recognised Ports and Marine professional with a background in design project delivery
    • Have a solid background in multi-disciplinary project delivery
    • Hold a bachelor's or master's degree or PhD in Civil, Structural Engineering or a related engineering discipline
    • Have knowledge of all common Ports and Marine elements. In particular, we would be keen to hear about your experience with offshore wind and green fuels terminals.
    • Be able to demonstrate experience in developing teams and building a culture that is consistent with our company values
    • Have previous experience of delivering projects to time, cost quality standards across all stages of project lifecycle
    • Have good communication skills in English (oral and written)
