THE COMPANY:

Harnham is working closely with a public sector organisation that acts as a business partner to educate its clients on how to distribute products that are regulation compliant.

As the Central Data Steward, you will be responsible for a small team of reportsand develop an enterprise data model to improve data quality.

THE ROLE:

You will have the opportunity to join an established data team that is looking to prioritise data governance practices.

You will be responsible for designing a use case for how to improve data quality and pitching a strategy to senior stakeholders.

You willalso line-manage a small team of Data Stewards.

You will:

Map and document data assets
Work in conjunction with the Data Stewards to ensure data is compliant with data governance principles
Develop use cases to implement a data governance and quality strategy
Design an enterprise data modelling schema
Communicate and roll out data governance principles to the wider business
Manage senior stakeholders
Line manage a small team of Data Stewards

REQUIREMENTS:

To qualify for the role, you will require:

Line management or mentoring experience
Experience in a greenfield data governance environment
Experience engaging with senior stakeholders experience
Experience in a large, regulatory business
