Duties and Responsibilities:

Integrations Business Systems Analysis

Capture initial EDI/XML integration requirements and architecture information from customers and ensure that data can be automatically processed in the respective Transportation Management System (TMS) system during the electronic integration of businesspartners
Communicate directly with, and develop customer's electronic setup requirements and needs (including Ship Notification, Order management, and electronic invoicing, e.g., 204, 210, 214, 300, 301, 310, 315, 990, etc.)
Review electronic data (EDI) received from providers/vendors to ensure presence and accuracy of critical data elements
Lead, build test cases, and implement customer testing (UAT) on integrations, improvements and/or fixes
Perform initial QA testing to ensure system changes meet defined requirements as well as provide feedback to Development teams and stakeholders regarding test cases, scenarios, and scripts

Project Management:

Manage project development from discovery and initiation to closure and UAT involving department or crossfunctional teams.
Create and maintain a project controlling document, including project milestones, status reports, and other project communications.
Identify potential risks and issues, recommend mitigation plans, and document solution options and decisions. This includes mapping and processing documentation
Proactively manage project dependencies and identify potential risks and workarounds

Production Support:

Support production issues as a level 2 escalation point to assist in minimizing impact to customers
Identify, document, and assist in prioritization of continuous improvement opportunities for savings and efficiency of the platforms supported.

Qualifications

3+ years of Business Systems Analysis
3+ years of experience with EDI, API and similar B2B/A2A Integration frameworks
Familiarity with XML, JSON, EDIFACT, ANSI X12, S/FTP, HTTP/S, AS
Experience with file formats, text editing and data mapping tools
Indepth knowledge of mapping tools and functionality
Background in transportation preferable, e.g., freight forwarding, warehousing, logistics and/or supply chain management
Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Experience with providing specifications/stories to development teams
Comfortable working with a highly collaborative, globally distributed team as well as independently
Experience in a dynamic, fastpaced, and resultsoriented environment
Selfmotivated with ability to adapt quickly to constantly changing environment

Preferred Skills

1+ year of IT Project Management experience preferred
Experience preparing requirements for BizTalk, Microsoft Azure or similar middleware integrations platform
Experience with iPaaS and Azure Logic Apps
Knowledge of CargoWise One data structure strongly desired
Experience using Microsoft Office 365, Monday, Visual Studio, and Microsoft TEAMS
Strong problem solving and decisionmaking skills with a focus on continuous improvement
