- Patient Base: Inherit an active list of approximately 2500 patients from a departing dentist, with a waiting list for new registrations, indicating room for further growth.
- Relocation Allowance: A £9000 per annum allowance for dentists in designated "remote" areas, claimable annually.
- Golden Hello Scheme: Up to £22,500 incentive over 2 years for eligible candidates.
