Company – 350+ person MSP across London, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia

Role Type – 2nd Line Engineer with lots of progression opportunities

Salary – circa £40,000-45,000

Location – Cannon Street, London

The opportunity is to join the number one direct Microsoft Partner and IT Managed Services Provider in the Middle East, Turkey and Africa.

They have opened up brand new, plush London offices in Cannon Street to be their European hub as they look to grow throughout the continent.

The business presently has 350 people and were one of the first to gain Microsoft's AI accreditation. The Microsoft solutions they offer to clients include Azure, 365, Power Platform and Dynamics.

They have offices in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, and London. The London offices are set to go from 5 to 50 people over the next 2 years and they will also open offices in the USA in early 2025.

They provide IT support, managed services, PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, etc to their clients who include UNICEF, Emirates, Kia, The World Bank, and Ford.

They are looking for a 2nd Line Engineer to be their first London based technical person on the ground, doing a mix of handling tickets, onsite work and project work.

As one of the first people in their new London location you will get lots of say in how the service desk is shaped, as well as very genuine potential for the role to move into management as they grow.

Basic salary is circa £45,000. They will also train and pay for your Microsoft accreditations (including those around the newest tech).

Candidates must have previous engineer experience within an MSP environment working with the Microsoft stack, and ideally some experience in using ConnectWise.
