Company And Role Overview -12 month FTC (potential to be extended)Join our dynamic team and take the lead in guiding and supporting our Lead Case Officers and Case Officers As a key member of our regulatory professionals team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that concerns about Registrants' professional fitness are meticulously investigated and addressed.
You'll champion quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness, driving investigations that meet our high standards and align with our strategic objectives.In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for orchestrating investigations that adhere to rigorous standards, implementing a well-defined investigative plan, conducting insightful risk assessments, and escalating issues when needed.
Your decisions on case outcomes will shape our compliance with established guidelines and protocols, making a significant impact on our regulatory success.
Main Responsibilities -Efficiently oversee the performance and growth of Lead Case Officers and Case Officers in your team, ensuring they achieve their personal and team goalsProvide coaching and guidance to Lead Case Officers and Case Officers, including new team membersCollaborate closely with other Casework Managers to maintain consistent quality across teams and optimise resource utilisationUndertake additional responsibilities across the regulatory professionals team as neededAct as a proactive and supportive team member, stepping in for the Professionals Regulation Team Manager when necessaryRequirements -Demonstrated success in proficiently managing cases to meet established targets, with substantial experience in investigative rolesCapable of comprehending, interpreting, and conveying complex legislation pertinent to the positionRecognise the confidential nature of the work and prioritise data protectionComprehensive understanding of investigative techniques, evidential rules, and the legislative and policy landscape in the healthcare regulatory sector
