What you'll do:


Your daily responsibilities will see you acting as the interface with key business, technology, portfolio, and finance stakeholders across RBSI, as well as working closely with stakeholders in the Commercial & Institutional (C&I) franchise, covering Change the Bank and Run the Bank programmes.


You'll be creating the delivery roadmap and workforce plans across business or conduct function while running the strategic alignment and prioritisation, making sure that initiatives are aligned to our C&I areas of focus.


Your top priorities will include:

  • Providing investment planning and transformation portfolio and design services
  • Partnering with a range of stakeholders to make sure an effective pipeline view of investment requirements is maintained, used, and kept under regular review
  • Being responsible for increasingly complex and critical elements of the portfolio
  • Developing outcomes and deliverables with business, conduct, technology sponsors, and programme leads
  • Working with the RBSI PMO to consolidate domain reporting and owning the validation of the inputs into the monthly reporting cycle

The skills you'll need:


To be successful in this role, you'll have experience of delivering portfolio management in a multi-functional business or financial crime area, ideally with an appropriate portfolio management qualification.


Furthermore, you'll need:

  • Knowledge of our change framework
  • Experience of portfolio management, theories, models, and practices
  • An understanding of how to deliver programmes in a global workforce, while working with suppliers and partners
