CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. Oversee electrical and lighting systems' general operation, repair, and maintenance. Perform new installations of equipment.
Check, repair, and replace functional components of electrical and lighting systems. Review historical maintenance records to create proactive inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
Completion of a formal apprenticeship program preferred. Master Electrician license required as dictated by local electrical codes. Valid Driver's license required.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages discounts and commissions.
