Madisons Recruitment are looking for an Estimator on a permanent basis located near Epping, Essex for a roofing, facades, and cladding specialist.

Our client is a specialist contractor for hard metal roofing, facades, and cladding for commercial and residential developments across the UK.

Read drawings, understand specifications, and use Excel to a good standard.
# Undertake accurate take-offs from construction drawings with a knowledge of Bluebeam estimating software being an advantage.
# For secured projects, attend handover meetings with surveying, design, and management.
# Be well versed in over 18m non-combustible cladding solutions and fire barriers.
# Have good professional telephone skills with smart appearance.
# Project values will range from £200k to £4M plus.
# Assist our document controller with gathering quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
# Assist our document controller with technical submittals for secured projects.
# Some assistance may be required with our design department on secured projects.
# Computer literate - especially in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Bluebeam.

5 years estimating experience in rainscreen cladding preferred and should include but not be limited to:
CWCT Aluminium rainscreen cladding systems
Cavity/fire barriers
