Overview:
Weare seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our teamand oversee the daytoday operations of our site. The idealcandidate will be a versatile individual capable of ensuring thesmooth functioning of all facilities equipment servicing andproviding support across various departments asneeded.
Responsibilities:
Manage the daytoday operations of the site ensuring all facilitiesare functioning optimally.
Coordinate and overseeequipment servicing to maintain operational efficiency.
Provide support to different departments such as quality assurancedispatch goods in etc.
Serve as a point of contact forany facilitiesrelated issues and implement timelysolutions.
Conduct regular inspections to identifymaintenance needs and address them promptly.
Collaboratewith vendors and contractors to schedule repairs and maintenanceactivities.
Maintain accurate records of equipmentservicing facility maintenance and related expenses.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and companypolicies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in facilities management or a relatedfield.
Strong technical knowledge of facility systemsand equipment.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasksin a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
Problemsolving attitude with aproactive approach to maintenance.
Familiarity withrelevant health and safety regulations.
