    Our client, a leading architecture and design practice, are looking for a Human Resources Admin Assistant to join their friendly, hardworking and

    collaborative team in central London.

    You will work with and be mentored by their Senior Human Resources Manager, and will have the responsibility of looking after the administrative function of the HR department. There will also be the opportunity to support on HR project roll outs when they occur.

    This is a part time role, around 25-30 hours a week with the ability to be present in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Recruitment coordination
    • Employee record management
    • Onboarding and Offboarding
    • Assist with Training and Development
    • Administration of the Work Experience Programme
    • Day-to-day data entry
    • Preparation of letters
    • Creation and updating of spreadsheets
    • Data gathering

    Skills and Experience

    • Prior experience in a HR Admin role
    • An interest in the design industry
    • Experience working with HR systems
    • High level of attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritise
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
