- Assisting with the maintenance of grass areas to include mowing, edging, and renovation tasks
- To ensure that a high standard of customer care is offered to all sections of the community
- To remove litter and rubbish trapped in shrubs and hedges following the trimming of these
- To carry out gardening and horticultural maintenance to horticultural features under the direction of a Lead Gardener
- All other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the supervisor
- Minimum of 2 years' experience
- Basic gardening skills
- Clean driving licence
- Experience in using gardening tools including lawn mowers, leaf blowers, hedge trimmers etc
- Minimum plant knowledge
- Understanding of Health & Safety
- Ability to take and understand clear instructions
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to complete physical tasks unsupervised-
- Customer Care experience / dealing with public
- Ability to work within a team or as a lone worker
