SW-007-Thames Finishing Foreperson Freelance / Temporary role Working for High End Residential Developer£210 - £230 per dayBased near EsherHeadline of the Finishing Foreperson roleWith an excellent tradition of building quality homes this residential developer has a strong landbank with plans to increase its turnover.
Day to day programme monitoring and effective trade management to help create a zero snagging list and get properties ready for CML's.
The role will be for around 4 weeks on a temporary basis but there could be an option to move into a Temp-To-perm position for the right candidate.
