    The Field Retail Merchandiser delivers in-store excellence in execution adhering to Beiersdorfs key principles of The Perfect Store.

    Working across our key brands of Nivea, Elastoplast and Eucerin you will deliver increased visibility and merchandising through the implementation of off shelf displays.

    You will report on in store findings to various stakeholders and ensure that all KPIs are delivered through continuous improvement.

    The role covers Nottingham, Sheffield and Lincoln.

    Your TasksExecutionTo ensure in store compliance and execution KPIs are met through delivering increased intervention values and maximising opportunitiesMaintaining a call file of stores, building relationships with key contacts facilitating improved in store plans that benefit Beiersdorf (e.g FOS displays)Interacting with key stakeholders in the business to ensure a full communication flow ensuring clarity on strategic priorities, retailer objectives and PICOSMonitoring of stock levels and taking actions such as correcting book stock errorsFeeding back on promotions to ensure compliance in storeDelivery of monthly and annual intervention value translating to Net Sales value by retailer, reporting on progressTo ensure that all tools and systems in place e.g Trax are utilisedFull understanding of each retailers expected standards of performance and conduct within storeTo promote the company image by always correctly representing Beiersdorfs core values to all customersReportingInput all interventions at a store level to ensure full value is capturedFeedback to Regional Field Operations Manager on interventions delivered in storeReport back to NAMs on any compliance issues in store for their retailerRegularly report on any competitor activitiesCompletion of Trax in all storesYour ProfileThe role would suit a Graduate or an individual from a retail backgroundGood organisational and planning skillsRelationship buildingPerformance orientedTactical thinkingProblem solvingAbility to manage conflictCommercial awarenessPrevious field sales experience desirableYou must be able to driveA competitive salary, annual bonus (subject to conditions), car, 25 days holiday, defined contribution Pension, private medical, discounts on products, buy & sell holidays.
