    What you'll get to do...


    We're looking for a Business Manager who will report to our National Retail Manager. You will manage the following;

    Sales

    • Offer the BYREDO experience to a local and international customer at point of sale
    • Recruit new customers to strengthen our existing clientele
    • You must also be able to effectively communicate a high level of commercial understanding about the host store and your counter performance, and when the performance dictates make fact-based recommendations to improve the business.

    People Management

    • Guide your team to achieve the target of the point of sale
    • Manage temporary staffs during key commercial moments (such as pop up; end of year; ..)
    • Do daily operational briefing on store corner results
    • To ensure that all staff demonstrate high levels of knowledge about our products and are able to fully represent the brand on the counter. Staff need to articulate both the new and key ranges for the season. Conduct regular training sessions to reinforce learning of the team.
    • Maintain knowledge of key competitors and industry trends and train the team on the key factors

    Store Management

    • Share report on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
    • Drive rotative and annual store inventories
    • Be accountable for the merchandising to be aligned with Byredo standards Create strong relationships with department store ground management teams

    We'd love to meet you if you have...

    • You have a proven experience in store management of at least 5 years, ideally in the luxury cosmetics sector
    • You are flexible in your working hours in order to fully assume the sales according to the rhythm of the point of sale where you will work
    • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
    • You have strong analytical skills, including numerical analysis.
