    • 4 day week - Mon to Thu in office 9.5 hour days (Fridays OFF & Paid)

    Company:

    • A leading family-owned business that creates quality hand-crafted art for the interior design sector globally, with a focus on the US. An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to support in the overall success and profile of the business as the leading luxury supplier in the sector.
    • The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for all digital marketing initiatives and effectively promote the company's message, drive brand awareness, attract new business and grow the existing customer base and related spend.
    • Reporting to the MD and Operations Director, the Digital Marketing Manager will be supported by the Digital Marketing Analyst. They will work closely with the Head of Client Success, and across all other areas of the business to manage and monitor digital campaigns that resonate with the company's strategic aims.

    Responsibilities:

    Working closely with the Owners and Management Team, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and managing all on-line and digital marketing activity with them.

    This will include:

    • Planning: Creating and managing the overall Digital Marketing schedule and calendar, holding overall responsibility for each campaign
    • Social Media: Managing the company's Social Media on a day-to-day basis, creating and executing engaging content, with a focus on user experience
    • SEO and SEM: Including content and keyword strategy, link building, traffic monitoring and analysis using a number of platforms
    • Data Analysis: Performance analysis and providing related reporting on all digital marketing campaigns and activity to assess and optimise overall performance and ROI and to allow the Management Team to further develop strategy
    • Website: Take overall responsibility for the content management of the company website, working with internal teams to make minor changes and ensure optimal performance
    • Content and Copy Creation: Create engaging and emotive video and written content for social media posts and campaigns, following the brand guidelines and tone, and work with other teams on accompanying video and image creation and selection.
    • Testing: Using industry standard approaches e.g. AB Testing, to ensure engagement and demonstrable success
    • Research: To research target audiences and track and analyse customer behaviour and develop appropriate campaigns based on the data
    • Regulatory: Ensure that all data, copyright and licensing requirements are adhered to in all digital marketing activity
    • AI: Working with other internal teams to enable the business to embrace and benefit from ongoing developments and produce innovative and successful Digital Marketing solutions
    • Line Manage the Digital Marketing Analyst, ensuring their workload, focus and output is well managed.

    Experience:

    • We are looking for an individual with over 3-5 years Digital Marketing experience in a similar B2B role, ideally within the luxury, hospitality, or service sector.
    • The successful candidate will be creative, innovative and focussed on creating effective digital marketing campaigns.
    • They will have excellent communication and project management skills, be commercially aware, have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, and keep up to date with marketing trends, innovations and changing customer behaviour.
    • They will have an in-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practice, and have experience in photo and video editing software, and a great attention to detail.
    • They will also have experience in website analytic tools, e.g. Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools, e.g. Mailchimp, GoogleAds, HubSpot, Adobe Suite and working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
    • They will enjoy working closely with other teams in a collaborative environment, building strong relationships at all levels, and have a real interest in interiors or art.

    Qualifications

    The successful candidate will either hold a Degree or other higher qualification in Marketing or marketing-related subject.
