- Joiners Movers Leavers process
- Support with design, documentation and improvement of JML
- Monitoring BAU Identity and access management function and requests
- Support security related policies and procedures
- Ensure SLA's (service level agreements) are met
- Experience of Microsoft Active Directory – Azure is a big plus
- Experience in PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting Active directory is also desirable
- Collaborative mindset, drive to develop and learn, and excellent communication skills are a must have
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non technical stakeholders
- Awareness of IAM processes and governance
- Knowledge of ITIL processes is desired, ideally ITIL Foundation V3 or higher but this is not essential.
