JH Contracts Ltd carry out remedial work for a number of major housebuilders. Our customers expect their homes to be of the highest standard, therefore quality and professionalism are key.

We are seeking an experienced multi-skilled trade operative for full time employment in the Midlands area.

This is a customer facing role representing JH Contracts Ltd and the housebuilder, you must be professional, customer focused, tidy and organized when working in customers' homes.

Skills and Experience Required:

We are looking for a Tradesperson with proven experience in a similar role, and must also have one or more of the following core trades:

Carpentry & Joinery
Bathroom fitting/tiling
Painting and decorating
Plastering/Plaster patching
Plumbing

The role of the Multi Skilled Trade Operative will include:
Attending to occupied new build properties to carry out remedial work including but not limited to:

1st and 2nd fix joinery
Identifying the root cause of creaking floors and rectifying the issue
External door and frame
Bathroom refits
Plaster patching
Painting and decorating
Sealant works

You will also be required to keep the van presentable, keep on top of van stock level and complete job sheets.
