Sunday - Thursday (22:00 - 06:00)


Salary:
£23,887.43

We are currently seeking a Stock & Systems Administrator to join our Warehouse team at our Mansfiled site. As a Stock & Systems Administrator you will carry out the clerical functions of the warehouse.

They will operate the computerised elements of the Warehouse Management System (Chess) to ensure the completion of all the tasks to the set schedule.

They will use Microsoft Excel to support the Computer system to produce reports for the customer.


Job responsibilities of a Stock & Systems Administrator include:

  • Carry out daily clerical tasks according to procedures
  • Operating the Warehouse Management System
  • Chess
  • Producing paperwork for outbound orders
  • Coordinating with Warehouse Supervisors and Line Managers
  • Controlling Export bookings and deliveries from external hauliers
  • Prioritising stock due into site to complete orders
  • Inputting data onto the WMS for Inbound deliveries
  • Producing a series of reports for the site and customers

Qualifications
As a Stock & Systems Administrator you will possess the following skill, experiences and qualifications:

  • Proven Skills in Maths and English
  • PC Literate
  • Attention to detail


  • Flexibility

  • Shift Work and weekend work when operation requires on a rotating basis.
  • Shift Work on a rotating basis including Afternoons and Nights
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Working unsupervised on a shift
  • Customer focused adhering to On Time in Full orders
  • Ability to adapt to changes, learn new skills
  • Ability to communicate
