Lead infrastructure project and portfolio management efforts.Foster innovation and automation within teams, making decisions on project priorities and team involvement.
Spearhead innovation initiatives and advancements in modern automation and observability across all fronts.
Platform Engineering - Networking Estate - Infrastructure Operations - Endpoint management, build and deployment - Communications.
The salary on offer for this Head of Infrastructure Role , is paying up to £140,000 on base + Benefits + Bonus Package
The firm operates a hybrid model of working, with 2 days per week in the office, in London City.
Experience of running a Global Infrastructure estate, including data centres, networks, cloud platforms, and end-user computing environments, for a Regulated business, ideally Front Office environments.
AWS Solutions Architect experience, with demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing solutions on the AWS platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Team Management (Cross Region): Experience in effectively managing and leading diverse teams across regions, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment while driving performance and achieving strategic objectives.
Regulatory Compliance:
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to the financial services sector, such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOX, and industry-specific regulations like MiFID II.
Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with infrastructure operations, including cybersecurity threats, data breaches, system failures, and operational disruptions.
CISMP (Certificate in Information Security Management Principles)Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and associated compliance requirements
