We have an opportunity for an experienced Residential Property solicitor to join the team on a locum basis (between 2 and 6 months).

This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a team which provides a market leading service to its clients.

• Advise on the sales and purchases of the full range of residential property, including houses and flats, with a particular focus on high value properties.
• Deal with the requirements of lenders in relation to sales, purchases and remortgage transactions.
• Assist with leasehold property issues in relation to both flats and houses.
• Give accurate prompt, realistic and relevant advice in response to clients' enquiries whilst managing their expectations.
• Gain an understanding of clients' requirements and how to achieve their needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Ensure proper file management.

Candidates are required to have excellent knowledge of all areas of residential property law and experience of providing high quality advice in a leading residential property team.

We are looking for someone who is a qualified solicitor with strong experience and who and has worked with a national or leading regional firm dealing with top quality residential property work.
