    Description

    Jaydee-Brook is an established and successful Shopfitting & Internal Fit Out Company based in Peterborough. With over 30 years' experience in retail, commercial, industrial installations and refurbishments, the Company has built a strong reputation for quality, efficiency and service.

    With an extremely busy workload and an equally busy expansion programme, the Company are looking to add experienced, qualified and motivated tradesmen to their team.

    ELECTRICIANS



    Location : Ongoing projects at various sites throughout the UK
    Package & Benefits : Circa (£80k +) dependent on ability & experience (self employed basis) Regularity & consistency of work
    Accommodation & transport allowances
    Start Date : Immediate start available

    The successful candidates will be responsible for undertaking electrical installations ranging from small maintenance projects to large store fit outs.

    Candidates must be able to work in a team and show willingness to perform to the highest standards.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Undertake high quality installations.
    • Undertake fault-finding and testing work as required to repair and maintain electrical installations.
    • Carry out testing & inspections on completed electrical installations.
    • Ensure that all relevant documentation is processed, and installations are completed in a timely manner.
    • Experience with commercial and industrial Fire Alarm & data installations.
    • Experience installing electrical containment and cabling on large projects.
    • Possess good communication skills.
    Key Skills, Qualifications & Requirements
    • Must hold relevant qualifications commensurate with a Qualified Electrician (ECS Gold Card)
    • Full UK driving licence
    • C&G Testing & Inspection (desirable – not essential)
    • IPAF (desirable)
    • PASMA (desirable)
    • Wilingness to learn and adapt to site specifics
    • A clear understanding of the shopfitting industry
    • Willing to travel and have flexible work, 'can do' approach
    Previous work experience within the shopfitting or interior fit out industry would be preferred but not essential, and the successful candidate will possess good communication skills.
