    Role Overview:

    Our client is in search of a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activities, ensuring the successful development and execution of effective marketing strategies across various channels. The role involves significant contributions to brand development, aiming to enhance awareness, build on a strong brand reputation, and drive sales conversions. Collaboration with external marketing agencies and internal departments is essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and optimise online marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, and website content.
    • Manage traditional marketing channels, including print media, outdoor advertising, events.
    • Develop ATL materials, targeting both B2B and B2C segments.
    • Execute brand exposure initiatives through industry events, PR campaigns, targeted advertising, and email marketing.
    • Manage the performance of external marketing partners ensuring an effective and efficient partnership
    • Maintain and develop existing estate agent partnerships.
    • Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and collaborate across all company departments.

    Required Experience & Skills:

    • 5-10 years industry experience in property or adjacent industries.
    • Proven experience managing both B2B and B2C multi-channel campaigns
    • Demonstrable experience on driving and tracking the performance of multiple external marketing agencies.
    • Exceptional communication, decision-making, and organisational skills.
    • Proven experience in social media strategies, content marketing, and trend analysis.
    • Creative background in both online and offline marketing.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage external suppliers and produce engaging content.
