Customer Service Executive

This client is a multinational alcoholic beverages company, and one of the largest and most prominent spirits and beer producers globally. With a plethora of wellknown and recognizable alcohol brands to their name, this client are a leader in the global FMCG space._

Duties:

To ensure every Customer/Consumer receives excellent customer service and contributes significantly to ensure our clients maintains its position as supplier of choice.
To build brilliant Customer/Consumer relationships that maximise the value created in every Customer/Consumer interaction.
Take personal ownership of all Customer/Consumer queries & issues and act as first point of escalation for resolution of Customer Queries.
To build great business partnerships with Supply, Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Quality colleagues.

Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent customer service and customer care mindset
Willingness and ability to build great relationships with customers
At least 6 months Customer Service Experience in a busy customer service role
Microsoft Office suite would be advantageous Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce/CRM tools is a significant advantage.

Education:
Must have: 5 GCSE / O Levels (inc. Maths & English) or equivalent qualification
