    Senior People Manager

    Location: London

    Department: People Team

    Reports to: Head of People

    Terms: 12m FTC to start in August

    About the Role:

    We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior People Manager to deliver consistent, reliable, and customer-focused HR support, acting as a trusted advisor across dynamic client groups within the fast paced world of Media - in this role, no two days will be the same

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as a Trusted Advisor for your client groups on Employee Relations, Reward, People Development, Contractual issues, and Organisation Change.
    • Collaborate with the Head of People on complex cases and projects, coaching the senior leadership for the client groups you support.
    • Identify and implement improvements to add value to the business.
    • Support and coach stakeholders on people management issues including confidential or highly sensitive people challenges
    • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of HR issues, adhering to SLAs.
    • Respond to complex queries confidentially and escalate as needed.
    • Support global mobility for international assignments.
    • Contribute to process improvement and standardisation.
    • Participate in change management projects.
    • Develop and monitor people policies and procedures.
    • Build effective relationships with internal and external contacts.
    • Identify and mitigate people risks.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Experience in a busy media organisation or similar environment.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills and extensive experience advising and coaching on Employee Relations.
    • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent customer service and proactive approach.
    • Sound understanding of HR practices and employment law.
    • Ability to manage confidential information discreetly.
    • CIPD qualified or equivalent professional experience
    • Collaborative and motivated to improve service delivery.
