  • Responsible for achieving monthly sales team target and building and maintaining sales pipeline in CRM and submitting required reports
  • Collaborated with partners to translate overreaching marketing strategy into commercially successful marketing programs including creative messaging, communications, instore, online marketing and related evaluations and performance improvements.

  • Implemented the A/B testing- assigned to hypothesis, conducted and recorded a variety of strategies of reaching out to prospects and potential customers with the main aim of identifying a pain point specific to them which will ultimately encourage a positive response with our product and service. From this, we are able to learn why certain elements of their experiences impact user behaviour.

  • Conduct literature reviews/research/ collect and analyse data/ prepare materials for submission to granting agencies and foundations/ summarize project resultsprepare other articles, reports and presentations/ develop assessment and evaluation tools
  • Develop creative and engaging social media strategies. 
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, adapting content to suit different channels. 
  • Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms.
  • Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms.
  • Undertake audience research
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
  • Recommend and roll out new improvements to increase performance.
  • Set targets to increase company’s awareness and increase client engagement.
  • Use a range of software, including email, spreadsheets and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office.
