• Acts as the reliability tools' owner, ensuring they deliver good insights to reliability and Lead team to handle and find solutions to equipment with chronic problem(s).
• Excellent understand technical information including P&IDs, datasheets, GA drawings, OEM manuals and data’s etc.
• Provide technical support in complex trouble shooting as a technical resource by offering precise technical input and suggesting suitable technical solution to reduce equipment downtime, prevent recurrence, avoid HSE incidents, improve equipment reliability, and extend mean time between failures (MTBF). 
• Ensure that all safety- and business-critical equipment is in conformity with process safety management and asset integrity inspection.  Implement corrective measures to maintain the integrity of the structural and pressure systems.
• Involving and assessing HAZOP, FTA, and FMEA Analysis studies to improve process safety in the facility/units.
• Providing high-quality code deliverables that meet KPI requirements & ensuring that it is kept safe, secure & maintained
• Expansion and Modification field projects and Engage with multiple stakeholders.
• Develop, propose, and manage relevant capex proposals, reporting monthly to management.
• Operation & Maintenance of; Gas turbine for power generation, Gas engines, HT motor-driven multistage export and Booster pumps, High-pressure fluid pumps for well pads, Boilers, Crude oil & gas well pads, Natural gas Knockout units, Utility units, HVAC, CTM with USM, Cross-country pipeline Oil and Gas, Oil storage tanks with fixed & floating roof tanks, Single point mooring (SPM) offshore facility, SEHMS (Skin Effect Heat Management System) TFMS etc..
• Manage the management of change, modification and expansion projects, review and approved mechanical generic and specific plans; project documents and conducted technical reviews of operation, maintenance, commissioning, and start-up processes.
• Create, evaluate, & approve key project deliverables, scope of work, technical documents for engineering & operations 
• Managing field service component of construction, operated facilities, coordinating all projects - estimating to signing off.
• Set up various vendors, approve the qualification of all contractors, established annual budgets and authorized billing.
• Training of employees; to ensure minimum level of understanding of engineering matters, and new / changed equipment’s.
• Functional Areas : Refinery, Oil & Gas Terminals (offshore & onshore), Petrochemical plants, LNG,HRSG and Power units
