Lusona is supporting our leading Blue-chip client in the service sector to source suitable applicants for the position of Finance Manager on 18 months FTC basis.

This role will be responsible for managing a large-scale finance team and liaising with financialand non-financial stakeholders to drive improvement across the business.

The main duties will include:

Manging a large finance team who are responsible for a specific and important area of the business.
Completing 1:1s to increase development and progression across the team, including junior members of the management team.
Identifying areas of improvement with regards to processes and making relevant changes.
Overseeing and reviewing specific tasks completed by the team.
Managing the controls and appropriate documentation necessary for the team to complete daily tasks.
Collaborating with financial and nonfinancial stakeholders to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Providing strategic support on other adhoc areas of the department

To be considered for this role, applicants must Qualified Accountants (ICAS/ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and experience of managing a busy finance team within a large-scale company, across industry and commerce or a financial services environment.
