Description

The role


This role will be be responsible for supporting the procurement team with undertaking all aspects of supplier on-boarding through relevant software, and helping to develop the Proactis system to undertake the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) element of the task.

The role will also be responsible for managing the central Procurement inbox and supporting the Procurement Managers with day to day activities.

Supporting procurement staff and operations with setting up e-sourcing activities within the Proactis system.


Key deliverables:


  • Manage supplier onboarding in line with the 'know your supplier' (KYS) process
  • Deal with supplier onboarding change notes undertaking all relevant checks based on spend
  • Deliver supplier onboarding through Proactis software
  • Initial contact for mobilisation of new properties and ensuring contracts are in place
  • Create proactive reporting on contracts with expiry dates that require action

Person Specification

Essential Qualifications

  • GCSE Level 5 9 English & Maths

Essential Experience

  • Excellent English language skills both written and spoken


  • IT literate

  • MS Office at intermediate level
  • Proactis software
