• First point of contact for customer enquiries
• Mid Term Adjustments
• Policy detail changes
• Sending invoices
• Updating claims to system
• Payment issues and general liaising with the parent company on day to day matters
• Chasing customers for missing payments
• Processing renewals each day
• Contacting new customers to answer potential questions/new business
• Follow up quotes made online
