Location:
Hayes and Chertsey office with occasional travel within the UK.

Programme Overview:
This is a 36-month Fixed Term Contract with potential for a permanent placement.
Year 1-2: 6x 4-month rotational placements in key departments including Operations, Products and Key Functions (such as Finance, Sales and Industrial Projects)

Year 3:
Final year specialisation in Air Freight Operations

Requirements:
2:1 or above degree in related disciplines (economics, business management, logistics, etc.)
Valid UK driving license with the mobility to travel within the UK to deliver projects
Fluent in verbal and written English
Passion to work for DHL and within the Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry

Desired Skills:
Strong interest in Air Freight forwarding and developing a career in logistics
Customer-centric mindset with innovative thinking
Proactive attitude and adaptability to change
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in problem-solving and time management
