    Director of Revenue & Sales Operations – London

    Global SAAS company are require a Director of Revenue and Sales Operations to work with the global senior leadership team.

    This company are going through a period of unprecedented growth, the director or Revenue and Sales Operation will work directly with the Global VP or sales to formulate and delivery sales strategy (including channel).

    As the Director of Revenue Operations you will be leading and empowering the Sales and Channel businesses to streamline their operations and achieve greater efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our revenue-generating activities. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize sales processes, maximize efficiency, and foster collaboration across various departments to achieve revenue targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue generation, sales efficiency, and customer retention.
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to establish long-term revenue goals and objectives aligned with the company's vision and growth trajectory.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and market expansion.

    Sales Process Optimization:

    • Proactively monitor the Sales Cycle and Revenue results for trends in performance that can be further optimised to drive the business.
    • Streamline sales processes from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
    • Implement data-driven methodologies and tools to improve sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance metrics.
    • Identify areas for automation and technology integration to enhance sales efficiency and scalability.
    • Pro-actively monitor the 'cockpit' of the sales engine looking for positive and negative trends and changes in performance that can be further optimised or should be responded too

    Performance Measurement and Reporting:

    • Establish OKRs and metrics to track sales performance, revenue growth, and customer retention.
    • Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports to provide visibility into sales performance and revenue trends for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for strategic interventions.

    Leadership and Team Development:

    • Lead and inspire a high-performing revenue operations team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
    • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the revenue operations function.
    • Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent, ensuring the team is equipped with the skills and resources needed to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
    • Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles within the SaaS industry.
    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
    • Deep understanding of sales processes, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and revenue optimization strategies.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity.

    The basic salary is in the region of £110-130K + Bonus and package well over £150K. the roles requires weekly travel to London with the rest remote.
