Job Overview:

As a Laser Operator, you will be responsible for operating laser cutting, welding, and engraving machines to produce precision components and products according to specifications.

You will work with various materials such as metals, plastics, and ceramics, ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of the laser equipment.

Your role will involve setting up machines, monitoring production processes, performing quality checks, and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Machine Setup:

Prepare laser cutting, welding, and engraving machines for operation by setting parameters, loading materials, and aligning components according to job specifications.

Quality Control:
Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required specifications and standards


Material Handling:

Handle and prepare materials for processing, including loading and unloading materials onto the machine bed and ensuring proper material alignment.

Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance tasks on laser equipment, such as cleaning lenses, replacing consumable parts, and calibrating machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Documentation:
Keep detailed records of production activities, including job orders, material usage, machine settings, and quality inspection results.

Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or process issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency


Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members, such as engineers, designers, and production supervisors, to ensure seamless workflow and successful completion of projects.

technical certification or vocational training in laser technology or related field is preferred.
