Description

Duties will include:

  • Prepare budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
  • Develop analysis to support and evaluate business decisions
  • Support managers and staff as directed by the head of business partnering
  • Prepare monthly variance analysis
  • Develop divisional performance analysis and construct the monthly analysis pack
  • Provide month/year end processes, accruals, prepayments and deferred income
  • Use business partnering to liaise with retail division and finance teams
  • Prepare business cases and predictive models
  • Prepare forecasts, plans and management information
  • Analyse results and report
  • Prepare & resolve internal controls and reporting issues
  • Develop procedures, controls and reporting to improve reporting quality
  • Assist in the production of financial reports as necessary, supporting the Group
  • Adhoc support to other Group Reporting
You should have

  • Knowledge of financial accounting and analysis within a retail or similar organisation
  • Relevant experience of management accounting/reporting, forecasting, budgeting and analysis
  • Excellent Excel Skills
