    Dorina is a global apparel brand specialising in manufacturing and selling a beautiful selection of women's lingerie, underwear and nightwear.

    Job Description

    Report to the CEO Dorina, you will be responsible for developing global strategic plans for marketing and e-commerce initiatives, development of a competitive global product portfolio, identifying and implementing opportunities for top line and gross margin growth and improvement, aligning DtoC ecommerce with overall wholesale customers management across Dorina markets. You will be responsible for:

    * Ensuring the marketing efforts are aligned with overall business plan and organizational goals, and creating, managing, adjusting global marketing plans and budgets as needed

    *Developing a consistent brand identity that resonates with customers, ensure any brand exposure are aligned with corporate brand standards and guidelines

    *Leading a diverse team of professionals across geographies and overseeing the development of marketing materials, events, and other brand engagement activities that will engage the target audience

    *Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and determining whether the goals are met, always seeking out new technologies that could be used in future initiatives

    *Maintaining and expanding existing brand sites and marketplace, managing social media presence for the Dorina brand

    *Managing the relationship with the e-commerce platform provider, identify issues & opportunities for service initiatives to improve experiences of e-commerce customer

    *Working closely with all key stakeholders within the company team, across countries and regions and visiting regularly the Asian Head Office in Hong Kong

    The Successful Applicant

    The ideal candidate will be:

    An existing Marketing Director or Chief Marketing Officer for a fashion / apparel global brand with proven experience in:

  • Online and offline marketing, brand management and e-commerce management.
  • Proficient and skilled in marketing and communications, with strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in both strategic and operational marketing roles
  • Demonstrated experience working in global organizations and with Asian counterparts
  • Demonstrated ability to build and motivate diverse teams across countries and regions.
  • Strong communication skills, strong English language proficiency, multilingual capabilities in European languages with a preference for German. Mandarin and/or Cantonese language proficiency is a plus.
