- At least 5 years of carpentry experience is preferred
- Experience working on construction sites and projects, window fitting skills are a good transferable skill
- A full driving licence and the ability to drive a large transit-type van
- Willing to learn all aspects of manufacturing and installation processes, plus learning to tank and tile steam rooms
- Able to work away from home occasionally on installations where commuting is not cost-effective (notice will always be given)
- Ability to use hand tools and battery-powered tools
- Experience with woodworking machinery is desirable
- Tiling experience, including mosaic is desirable

What will your role look like?
You will join a small team, making and installing high-end saunas and steam rooms.
The role is primarily based in the Bedford workshop but will involve travel to and from sites and some staying away for installations.
