Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer Role
Salary Circa - £50,000PA
Location - Durham / Stanley Area

This position is needing someone who has drive and ambition to not only join a team, but someone who is looking for a long-standing career.

The role requires someone who is multiskilled, someone who has preferably a strong bias towards mechanical. The role requires someone educated to ONC/HNC level and must be time served with a recognised engineering apprenticeship.


The Position:
We are looking for an Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to fulfil a permanent position. Ideally this candidate will have experience within the manufacturing industry.

This position would require not only someone who can work well within a team but someone who can work on their own and make necessary judgements.

Skills & Requirements:

• Time Served - Full Apprenticeship
• ONC/HNC qualified or equivalent.
• Exposure within the manufacturing industry or some form of fast-moving manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills upon a range of machinery
• Strong fault diagnostics skills
• LEAN manufacturing knowledge (desirable but not essential)
• Hands on exposure with PPM schedules
• Any form of CNC machinery exposure would be a huge advantage for this opportunity (desired)
