We are proud to be working with an existing, financial services client, who are looking to recruit 6x passionate Customer Service Administrators.
You must be able to demonstrate resilience, integrity, excellence in execution and confidence while speaking withcustomers about a variety of queries.
The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective service, delivering customer excellence and technical support.
You will also manage all customer activity across a range of products and handle new business set-upsand customer retention.Must Haves:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good verbal and written communication
- Technology and software skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage own workload
Salary:
£20,000
Start Dates: 6th February & 20th February
Contract Type:
Permanent / Full Time / Flexible Hybrid Working, (after a 6-month probation)
Hours: 35 hours per week between 8:30 to 18:00, Monday to Friday
