The Position:
The position would be heading up the production arm, responsible for the end to end production of global shoots, both still and moving images

Responsibilities:

Execute multiple projects at once
End to end management of all agency production, covering all photography and video requirements, both editorial and commercial.
Source and successfully option artists, studios, locations, crew, vehicles etc
Negotiate usage and rates for suppliers including but not limited to talent, studios, artists, talents etc
Manage all estimates, POs, invoices
Create and maintain all production documents including but not limited to call sheets, production books, shoot schedules etc
Hold options on artists, studios, locations, crew, vehicles etc
Coordinate between internal resources/third parties and vendors to insure flawless execution of projects
Produce workable timelines, a strong structure for each project and ensuring deliverables are delivered within scope to the client
Onboard and hire any and all freelance assisting work for production
Manage locations including scouting, file pulls, clearances, and permitting
On set management of all production crew, kits, location supplies and assist Producer with all logistics
Casting experience preferable
Review and finalising all production kits before they are dispatched
Post Production Management
Closing jobs, responsible for production backup, petty cash log and all other billing reconciliations

Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 4 years prior experience in hands on production either with a repping agency or production company
Ideally has experience working with both fashion & commercial clients
Excellent attention to detail, organisation and problem solving skills
Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Proven ability to manage relationships, stay motivated and make decisions
Strong project management and negotiation skills
Working knowledge of production vendors and industry personnel
Willingness to travel for production when needed
