Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Manager at Dr SW Clinics, located in London. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, and ensuring quality patient care. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for managing budgets, developing business strategies, and analyzing data to improve performance. We are looking for someone with EXTENSIVE previous operations experience to plan the strategic and operational functions of the business in order to maximise financial performance and objectives within the clinic.
