ENTRY LEVEL ROLE - IMMEDIATE START

£22,000 -PLUS - 33 days holiday (including BH), discounted gym membership & birthday off

Location:
Central Guildford / Free Parking

Hours:
Monday Friday 9am -5pm

An exciting opportunity to join a successful and growing company based in the heart of Guildford.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join the dynamic customer support team


_Sounds interesting?.....What will my responsibilities be?_

  • Handling customer's issues through a ticketed system
  • Recording all information in the company's CRM system
  • Escalating complaints as required to management or to technical team where customer issues cannot be resolved.
  • Continually updating the customers with updates

To be successful in this role you'll have:

  • GCSE (or equivalent) level including Maths and English
  • A-Levels preferred.
  • Degree Level (Desired)
  • Good Phone Manner
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong time organisational skills
