Operations Manager - Immediate Start

£40,000

Fully remote

The Company


A luxury brand established in 2020, from an idea to make life easier for all beauty lovers that are on the move.

They supply to retailers such as Harrods and Sephora, with exceptionally strong sell through. Their products are innovative, stylish and havefantastic reviews on all social media platforms.


Why would I want to work here?
You will need to be able to start in January, to ensure the best start to the role.

You will be working with the current Operations Manager who will be doing a hand over before maternity leave commences.

They will then return to a different role, so thisis a chance for you to shape and make the role your own.

This is a fully remote position, with training being delivered virtually. There is a small team of 6 so you will always have someone on hands to assist. The hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.


The essence of the role
To oversee and be hands on with all operations. From initial retail orders, shipping to delivery.


The scope of the role

  • Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers
  • Arranging sea and air freight shipments
  • Managing multiple inventories
  • Sourcing warehouse facilities in multiple regions
  • Oversee all daily operations and team members tasks
  • Manage invoices
  • Liaise with shipping couriers
  • Manage the daily functions of the business

Prerequisites

  • Must be competent in Shopify
  • Previous experience dealing with retailer orders
  • Knowledge of Air and Sea Freight carriers
  • Must be available immediately
