We are currently representing an elite boutique law firm in their search for a talented Real Estate Finance Associate to join their team. This presents an opportunity for a newly qualified to 1 PQE lawyer to advance their career within the real estate finance sector.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will work on a diverse range of real estate finance matters, collaborating closely with experienced partners and senior associates. Responsibilities include conducting due diligence, drafting, and negotiating documentation, and providing strategic advice to clients across various real estate finance transactions.

Candidate Requirements:

• A newly qualified to 1 PQE lawyer, demonstrating a robust academic background.
• Proven experience in real estate finance obtained through training contract seats or post-qualification roles.
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiation, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting, adept at managing various deadlines.
