    Programme Manager - Digital Transformation - Software Delivery

    Permanent - Central London (hybrid working)

    InterQuest Group are working in partnership with a prominent Commercial Contracts & Training organisation in Central London and together we are looking for an experienced Programme Manager. The Programme Manager will join a team that are embarking on a major digital transformation initiative.

    Role Overview

    The Programme Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of the digitalisation work. Working closely with senior stakeholders, understanding the vision of the end products, and evangelising the entire programme of work.

    The role holder will oversee several workstreams, plan, co-ordinate and govern the end-to-end delivery of the programme.

    Technical Overview

    The Programme manager, someone that can deliver multiple project workstreams with a solid understanding of the product that is being developed and implemented. Ability to verbally discuss the technical design at a high level and be able to articulate the business and customer benefits and outcomes that will be gained from the various aspects of the implementation.

    Previous project / programme management where Cloud based integration platforms and digital platforms (web-based) would be useful. Extensive experience of delivering technology solutions is required.

    Ability to combine an overarching waterfall approach with more flexible, tactical Agile techniques. Able to demonstrate projects where different stages have used the two methodologies and how these have been beneficial.

    Demonstrable skills in managing software development projects where no-code / low-code solutions have been implemented.

    Experience

    • Significant experience in combining an overarching waterfall approach with more flexible, tactical Agile techniques.
    • Significant experience managing with waterfall methodology for delivery.
    • Significant experience managing with Agile methodology for delivery.
    • Experience of leading programmes of business change that introduce new business processes, new systems, and new underlying infrastructure. An understanding of how these parts of the project all come together.
    • Experience of leading Cloud technology implementations, working with third parties, and creating 'one team' for the project being managed.
    • Experience of managing the implementation of integration platforms
