We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Building Surveyor to join our team in Reigate.

As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting inspections and assessments of properties to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

This role is responsible for providing feasibility studies and design solutions for building maintenance and minor works projects to ensure a seamless delivery.

Carrying out this role and the duties required under NEC and JCT forms of contract.

Ensuring appropriate systems and procedures in place are utilised to effectively manage and control the delivery standards, inform and control budgets, forecast programming and undertake planning.

Undertaking surveys, design and specification services.

Respecting and help to deliver services in accordance with best practice (and all legislation) in relation to asbestos, health and safety etc.

Preparing a timely and effective post contract administration and final account agreement.

Interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages.

Ensuring that key information and learning generated from each commission is input into the internal database.

Assisting with new technology for data capture and reporting.

Ability to apply project management principles and techniques to manage a range of projects through to completion.
