The Recruiting and Business Development Manager should also possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably within the recruitment industry
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office
