    We are hiring for Senior Programme Manager / Project Manager (HR / Workforce)

    Location: London or Coventry, UK - Onsite occasionally

    • Experience with projects like mergers, redundancies, consolidations, function re-orientation etc. in the public sector.
    • A proven track record of delivering Operating Model (Op Model) work.
    • Strong skills in managing change resistance, engaging with senior management, and handling sensitive situations.
    • Experience in using an iterative approach to project delivery, ideally in 3-month cycles.
    • Experience managing non-technical projects in areas like HR and L&D.

    Alignment with Programme Goals:

    • Highlight the candidate's experience in leading and managing complex change projects within the public sector.
    • Emphasize their understanding of the need to work flexibly and adapt to changing business needs.
    • Show how their experience aligns with the goals of the Organizational Blueprint Programme and the new Target Operating Model.

    Qualifications and Certifications:

    • Holds any relevant project management qualifications, such as PPM, APM Chartered Project Professional, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile, etc.,
