We are working exclusively with a Private Client Tax and Wealth Structuring specialist, based in London, in the search for a 2+ years post CTA qualified Private Client Tax advisor.

You will be joining an expanding team servicing a base of prestigious private clients including UHNWIs, business owners, banks and their leading bankers, trustees and trust companies, funds and a range of entrepreneurs.

This is an opportunity which doesn't come by often and would really take your tax advisory knowledge and experience to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in Private Client Tax and be looking to expand beyond the usual horizons in a traditional accountancy practice.

You will be exposed to a range of areas including corporate and wealth structuring, tax, trust, partnerships, employment and contract law.

You will have exposure to a broad range of work including sophisticated tax planning, tax disputes and litigation and complex high value frauds, commercial and tax disputes.

Having good knowledge of key legal concepts such as trusts partnership and company share structures will be important for this role.
